For citizens of China 

Single-entry visa:

Double-entry visa:

For citizens of the US (all visa types)

For citizens of Japan (single, double and multiple entry) 

• 1-3 working days — 10000 yens
• 4-5 working days — 4000 yens
• 6-10 working days — 4000 yens - a tourist visa and a transit visa.
